  Winery visit

Salamanca is a place of good wines with a great amount of vineyards and wineries, hot spot for foreigners that visit our country and in particular our land. Interlenguis carries out periodically visits to wineries so that students get to know the production process of wine.

By the end of the visit, students will do a degustation of different wines and if you like any don’t doubt in buying it.

Thematic snack in Salamanca

In Spain, 5 daily meals are carried out: breakfast, snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. The snack is a typical Spanish meal that it is taken around 17h30 for recover forces until dinner.

Interlenguis makes thematic snacks so that students can savour typical products from Salamanca at the same time as they enjoy dressing up of a particular topic chosen by all in the school.

Tapas Tour in Salamanca

Interlenguis carries out once a week, a Tapas Tour around the popular bar area of Salamanca. This route is recommended for all students that want to enjoy the Spanish gastronomy and in particular, tapas accompanied by typical drink such as sangria, tinto wine or mosto for under age students.

We have different routes, depending on the students’ tastes we will do one or another visiting diverse bars each route.

This activity is perfect for chatting and meeting new people in a pure Spanish environment.

The cut of ham

  The cut of ham

The ham is the star product in the Spanish gastronomy. In Salamanca, we have the Guijuelo ham, one of the most leading products in the Spanish trade and it is very commercialised abroad.

The ham is characterised by its cut, which has to be made by a professional cutter. Interlenguis accompanied you in attending the cut of the ham and tasting it.

Chocolate with churros

  Chocolate with churros

Chocolate with churros is a dish of the Spanish gastronomy. As its name indicates, is a dish composed by a cup of hot chocolate and churros accompanying, Spanish typical sweet.

Sometimes, chocolate is accompanied by porras instead of churros, a similar product but of larger size, if you don’t like the chocolate you can have a coffee with churros.

Chocolate with churros is usually consumed as breakfast or even as a snack generally in the cold winter months. If it is taken at the snack time, a social meeting is created in which you can chat savouring this typical Spanish product.
