All student rental apartments in Salamanca have a kitchen (usually American) and most usually include the basic appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave and washing machine. The accommodation has a living room, a bathroom and a room fully equipped with a wardrobe and a desk for the needs of the student. The rest of the rooms are also prepared to provide great comfort to the student during their stay. Most rooms for rent have heated floors and often include Wi-Fi.

This type of accommodation does not include cleaning service. The student must be responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the apartment and preparing meals. Service not included in this accommodation option either.
