Summer course

Summer camps have the aim of the diversion of the students as well as the learning of English and Spanish, for that reason, in Interlenguis we give much importance to the preparation of our classes for these languages.

Our teachers and monitors design a specific material for each group in base of their characteristics and though always in the fun and the enjoyment as principle core so that they can take the most of their stay in Salamanca.

Language and experience exchange and the creation of international friendships is promoted.

Classes from the summer camp are imparted by bilingual teachers specialised in English and Spanish. Besides, the majority of our teachers are natives.

Didactic material is designed by Interlenguis teachers based upon the necessities of each groups and different levels. This material is entertaining and motivating, it will be hand out to the students on the first day of class and will be completed with other documents if needed.

The teaching method is focused on promoting the conversation competence to reach a verbal fluency making our students to gain self-confidence when they have to conversate in English or Spanish. It is given special importance to group works and the realization of projects so that they will improve their leadership skills jointly and strengthen their emotional intelligence.

Language classes are always in a morning timetable: 20 hours weekly, that is, 4 classes per day of 55 minutes each and with a break every two hours so they can restore energy and have a snack.

The Grammar classes of the summer camp are dynamic and we carry out diverse activities to work the four competences of the language: writing, reading, listening and speaking.

Students must carry out a level test at the beginning of each course so that they can be located in their pertinent class and level.

At the completion of the language course of the summer camp, the student will receive and academic personalised report in which it is recognised the attended and achieved level together with an attendance certificate.

The English course consists on 20 weekly classes from Monday to Friday, which corresponds to 4 classes a day

Classes has the length of 55 minutes

Each group have a maximum of 15 students per class (Spanish)

Classes cover all levels, from A1 to C2

A level test will be carried out at the beginning (written and oral)

During the classes, Spanish students will remain apart from international students, in the afternoons in the extra academic activities they will reunite with the other students.

The Spanish course consists on 20 weekly classes from Monday to Friday, which corresponds to 4 classes a day
